ClearPath Junk Removal is a family-owned business serving the Orlando area, proudly run by father-and-son team Vince and Brian.
Vince brings years of dedication from his career as a firefighter/paramedic, along with his experience as a licensed real estate broker. He understands both the value of hard work and the local market, giving clients an advantage when it comes to preparing a property for sale. Brian adds hands-on expertise as a skilled carpenter and experienced landscaper, with a strong understanding of structures, materials, and safe removal practices. He also knows his way around outdoor cleanups, yard work, and heavy lifting.
Together, they built ClearPath to help local families clear out what's in the way—appliances, furniture, yard debris, garages, estates, and more—with fast, affordable, reliable service.

Our pricing is based on how much space your items take up in our truck. Simply send us photos for a fast, free quote—no on-site visit required.
Heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, roofing shingles, or construction debris may incur additional disposal fees due to weight.

What items can you take?
We take furniture, appliances, mattresses, scrap metal, electronics, construction debris, yard waste, hot tubs & more.
How do you handle disposal? Is it eco-friendly?
We prioritize environmentally responsible disposal. Whenever possible, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials at approved facilities, diverting as much as we can from landfills. Our goal is to minimize waste and support the community while handling your removal needs.
What items do you not take?
We don't handle toxic chemicals, hazardous materials, or certain regulated items. Contact us with questions about specific items.
Do you offer demolition work?
Yes — we also offer medium demolition services. Shed removal, deck tear-downs, fence removal, and light structural demo are all handled by our experienced crew, so you don't have to coordinate multiple contractors.
When do I pay?
You will be invoiced after all items have been loaded onto the truck and the job is complete, but prior to our departure from the site. At that time, we will confirm your final total, which will match the upfront quote provided. Payment is due at that time.
We do not require payment before loading begins, and all balances must be settled before our team leaves the job site.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Square, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and even Bitcoin.
